help: list every command (add keep, pb, and the other/help/quit line)

keep <n> (keep a listed ls/gen entry by its left-column index), pb <command> (copy a
command's output to the clipboard), and a final line for help / # comments / quit were
missing. cargo test green; rebuilt wasm.
